Ladies Self Defence Workshop

A great opportunity to learn the strategies and awareness required for practical self-defence. Taught in a relaxed but informative 2-hour workshop, held at the ‘Cheltenham Pilates & Yoga Studio by experienced instructors.

The class will cover:

  • Awareness training
  • Understanding distance
  • Mind preparations
  • Basic body defences
  • Basic body attacks

No previous experience or fitness levels required, just open mindedness and an interest in personal security.
